When life knocks you down

Well, it feels so good to be back on my blog and writing again but this time, I'm back with something that could be a little bit common these days and how it occupies a major part of our lives. It's how our lives could hit rock bottom in one second and all of a sudden, you're just on your knees.

I understand how most of you are already going through enough in your lives, and by now, something already came up to your mind. That's the thing I'm talking about. The thing you can never get off your mind, the thing that makes your tummy rumble whenever you think about it and just go nuts when you remember it. The thing that left a huge print in your life, so huge you can't even control it and you can't get rid of it. Something you never thought you would be able to get it off your chest and get over it but let me tell you something. It's about time you just throw all this away. Oh yeah, it is. Get a paper and something to write with now.

-The key to having a moving on-life lies in the bottom of 'getting your thoughts organised' sea, and you might be wondering why I've called it a sea, and that's because being organised isn't just a small thing, it isn't arranging your clothes according to their colours but it also includes arranging your thoughts according to your life. I strongly believe that we control our lives with every single detail and life-event going on within itself. It's by your own choice how you decide to spend your life and amazingly, most of us, if not deliberately, choose to have it the hard way. Why have it the hard way when you can live it the easy way? Why do we tend to drown in our negative thoughts and not-happening life scenarios? Honestly, this is just normal and it's totally fine but the real question here is, Do you let these scenarios control you? A simple thought to decide your future, and how you're going to live? Seriously? Oh heck no! Can't you see it? Can't you see how simple it is? Everything flips upside down depending on how you look at it?

At my school, they used to teach us this autobiography written by a famous Egyptian writer called 'Taha Hussein', who was blind. This guy was raised in the countryside among many other kids as his father had 2 wives. At a later stage of his life, he lost his grandfather, grandmother, sister and older brother in one year. The year after, he travelled with his oldest brother to Cairo in order to begin his studies at Al-Azhaar,he's blind. The young boy grew up to be a Nobel-prize winner and one of the greatest writers ever happened in our Egyptian history. He grew up teaching us that our past depends on how we print our present, and our future depends on how we look at our present. He used to be that blind boy who couldn't feed himself and whose brother took him by the hand to where he studied. It's so amazing to see real people with real life obstacles who managed to achieve their dreams by forgetting their past and giving much of their effort into the present. Let me tell you something, you can be one of those people, maybe not a Nobel-prize winner, but a real life problem analyzer and solver.

-As I said, it's how you decide to look at it. I'm a senior this year and words aren't enough to reveal the amount of studying I have got yet long term-thinking is put into consideration. For many others, it isn't just your studies. It could be your emotional life, which many of us have been through this already. It could be your social life or whatever. You just gotta throw yourself ahead of everything else and see where it will lead you. So, in the paper and pen you got, I want you to write 'PAST' on one side of the paper and 'PRESENT' on the other side, and on the top of each side write the following:

My life is my decisions. My decisions are my choices.

-Yep, that's it! Now, I want you to remember as much as you can, everything that happened to you during the past years and affected you completely. Write them on the left side of the 'PAST' side. Now I want you to draw an arrow from every single event you had written and write how these events ended and  how it changed you, if it did. If the past events are still going on till this time just draw an arrow and write 'present'. Now on the other side, the 'PRESENT' side, I want you to write everything that's going on with your life now and again, an arrow from each event you wrote down. Now, I want you to put in mind that if you're gonna think about everything at once, believe me, you're not going anywhere. Based on what we talked about in Past and future, you might as well guess that 'PAST' side of the paper is of no importance now. Total rubbish. I mean it! Every single event, no matter how big or small, if it's past, it's gone. It's no longer there to think about or give it your attention but as for the present time, what's the thing that should occupy my time and thoughts. Now, on the 'PRESENT' side of the paper, you had drawn an arrow from each present event and now I want you to write on the other side of the arrow wether this event will build you up and move you forward or will it occupy a useless time of your thoughts?

-Giving much thoughts about what's useless for you will drift you away from putting your eyes on the real prize which is dealing with more important events going on in your life. Growing up, we have to understand the meaning of 'time management' and that it doesn't only apply on our actions, but our thoughts. I believe you have your paper right now, I want you to be honest with yourself, that's the whole idea behind the paper, writing your thoughts and then you can arrange them yourself. Different people yet similar events which make us all the same to each other, but hey, God didn't give you a brain to ignore its use, or misuse it, He made you special by giving you the ability to 'think' and 'evaluate'. To think and evaluate what you've got in your present life. To think and evaluate why you're on your knees right now! We tend to make a big deal out of anything and we're the type of people who lie and believe themselves later on. No! No! I want to tell you that every single race you're running now depends on how you see the track you're running in. Some people succeeded in seeing that track a short and easy one which they can easily run while others were like:'Oh man, I gotta run aaaallllll this!'  Isn't that just remarkable? I mean, you don't understand the power you got in yourself! And I'm talking to each and every single individual out there, YOU GOT THIS IN YOURSELF. Only you can realise the beauty of dedicating your thoughts to building your life instead of wrecking it. Remember, it's only by the present you decide how your life goes and no matter how bad or good your past was, I'm telling you, YOU, and only YOU, have the power and ability to rise again from the ashes of your past, determined and grateful. Grateful to your past, that made you what you are today, and let you know that it doesn't matter what happened to you but what matters is what you'd allow to happen later on!

-To sum everything up, look at your paper now and look how small and tiny your life events are compared to HOW YOU see them. Never give an event more time than it should and never allow anything to bring you down on your knees, because ONLY YOU can decide whether you'll be on your knees or not. When life knocks you down, you show life that you've got your own shield! A shield of decisions and choices! A shield so powerful that it'll help you up on your feet again and never let go of your priorities. You've got your own life and your own shield, use it and never allow yourself to be downgraded by anything and when a wave comes at you, I want you standing staring right at it and say:'Hell yeah! I'm gonna surf this!'

Love your life.

Love my life?

Your life sucks? No reason to live? Trouble everywhere? Drama here and there? You know, the whole thing might sound complicated but let me tell you something, come here:

LOVE IT!

YES! That's it! LOVE YOUR LIFE! Accept it! Embrace it! We all go around searching for answers and we fail to observe our capability of providing these answers! Do you have any idea how strong your inner determination can be? Do you have any idea how a little decision like 'loving your life' can be extremely affective?!
No? I guessed so. That's the problem! We don't know! And I'm here to make it known! Imagine yourself drawing your life's key and lock! You get to design the edges of the key to suit the lock! But you can never change the lock to suit a key! But most importantly, love what you're doing! Fall in love with life! Live unconditionally but with living concepts! Put your own rules that make you happy and search for the answers you want within yourself! Believe me when I say that within yourself, the answers are much better and convincing! Why? Why would you believe me? I'm pretty sure that nobody knows you well other than you, yourself. I mean,it's like a bestfriend relation. You are your bestfriend! Don't get me wrong,I don't mean to go crazy and start talking to yourself but yeah it's pretty much like it! Logic folks! If nobody knows you better than you, yourself, then why seek answers from them? You think you don't know the answer? Hesitant? Not sure if right or wrong? Here's what you gotta do:

1- In order to love your life, you gotta know yourself! You gotta know your true identity! And I can't really tell you much about that except that YOU ARE UNIQUE! Yes! You have gifts! Talents! Things other people can't do! You are amazing! A marvelous creature created for a living purpose! A purpose that sooner or later shall be fulfilled!
2- Please, don't compare. Am I asking for the impossible? Don't compare your weaknesses to others' strengths? You're making it worse! Believe me! You guys know what I do whenever I find myself comparing myself to someone better? I just come up with at least one thing I'm good at and he's not, feel relieved and the idea goes away! The whole idea lies in living independently! Findin out your own strengths and improve them! Search for your weaknesses and kill them! Act as if your strengths are all that are in you BUT don't deny the fact that you're still weak at a certain point that you gotta know it and decide not to show it to others so that they don't exploit it!
3- IT'S TOTALLY FINE to make mistakes! We all do! Nobody is perfect! Accepting the real you with your mistakes! I'm not telling you that you can go ahead and make mistakes on purpose,NOT AT ALL! All I'm saying is that sometimes we go wrong and then regret it and get ourselves into a depression-like mood and a totally paralysis to our thinking. Do not regret it! Mistakes are found to be a natural alarm! Something that tells you 'BANGGGG,wrong answer!!' And sometimes it asks us to try again! YES! We all have a choice and we always have the right to decide what we see is right for our lives! This is not selfishness! Not at all! It's categorized under 'Knowing ourselves'. It's more like a strategy! Like when two countries go to war, their generals study their enemies and know their moves and wait for the right time to strike back!

We rarely see two identical lifestyles. We all play a solo in our life's song. You choose your favorite way of playing it! Never doubt yourself! Begin with the smallest and the easiest! Love your life! Be satisfied with what you have! Get what you need but not what you want! The things you want will eventually come around when your needs are done! Set your priorities! Know your purpose and work hard for it! Never mind what others say about you or tell you! I mention this in nearly every post but BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! Go back to number one and read it carefully!

Your life is nothing without you! Once and for all, you're in charge in one of the biggest mysteries on living earth! Life! Make this mystery worth solving! Make something out of this life you're living! Start running your track with an open heart and love it! Never force yourself to do something you don't like! But remember! There are priorities that whether we like it or not, they have to be done! You know like education and so on! I'm handling your minor details here! Minor details that form your life's picture and when you look at it,although you're gonna find lots of black spots yet they're an essential drawing for the beautiful picture to be perfect!
Love your life! Accept it! Live it! Go wrong and get back on the right track again! Get hurt and learn! Don't be easily affected and changed! Don't be at all! You were created a leader for your own life! Create to raise your head up high when aothers' are bent down! To hold your hopes high when everyone around you is disappointed! LOVE IT!

Life. -Simplified Edition.

Simpler=Easier

As easy as it sounds to be,simplicity isn't usually found in our lives. I have already talked about Life's Insecurities and adding to that, plans and anxiety usually kill our simplicity.

SIMPLIFIED?

3 years ago,I led a terrible life before I got into a real intimate relation with God! I didn't know where I was going with my life, messed up schedule and a sucky routine. However, when I gave up and decided to live a simpler and happier life. I decided to change my routine/schedule and here's what I did:

I started an easy thing to be done regularly and everyday. I took my quiet time everyday after waking up,praying and worshipping God. Time ranges from 30minutes to one hour! The whole idea was to start something nice and easy to be done and do it regularly! 10 push-ups everyday and don't sleep until you do it! Amazingly, doing this made me realize lots of stuff in my own life! I started replacing fun things I always enjoyed doing with more important and significant plans! My life was full of 'things' and the smallest and simplest thing I do everyday makes me able to change my routine! Fun things aren't fun anymore and substituting unimportant plans in my schedule as I found out that they won't do me any good! This small thing I started doing everyday forced me to start something new every month and to find out more unimportant activities!

FOR YOU? Eventually, the fun things will get boring. If you feel you must make a change, don’t just add something new on top of the old. Get rid of the old completely and substitute it with something new. If the old show isn’t fun enough to watch, stop watching it and watch a new one in its place. If a toy isn’t fun enough, get rid of it and replace it with something better. If an activity isn’t fulfilling enough, drop it and do something else instead.

Changing takes time! And by time you need commitment! Be committed to what you decided to do with your life! Be committed just as you are committed to breathing. It starts with just one small step and the rest eventually happens. But please! Be committed!

Don't worry about the future! I told the rest takes care of itself! Enjoy your current routine/schedule. You got a chance to live a simple life an across the world, kids are dying! Time passes quickly! Why waste time? Why worry about the future? I don’t care how busy your life is because if you a strong desire to be happy, you’ll make room for it. Even if it’s just 5 minutes of your day, at least those 5 minutes were worthwhile.

This step you're taking today shapes a better future tomorrow. It's never too late to start! NEVER! As long as you're breathing let me tell you that you still have the power to create a freaking awesome future! Just think and plan! I'm only 18 years old and I'm blogging about life? God only knows how many 30s or 40s are reading this article right now! Start a simple activity to be done everyday and you'll be amazed how simple your life will eventually be!

Get out of your head! Out of your body! Something new! Something you've always wanted to do! Exercise!

STOP FIGHTING YOUR THOUGHTS! The harder you fight, the noisier they get! Never deny or suppress your thoughts or feelings unless you're capable to fix them yourself! If not, please don't put all your power into fighting them or getting rid of them! When I went through a breakup,I never focused on rebuilding my feelings and emotional state! No! Actually,I had my concern built on rebuilding my social state! Beautifully resulted in finding myself, automatically, drifted away from my trouble!

So many ways to simplify your life and talking a lot about it won't make it any simpler! Actually, you should start doing the easiest thing and that would be obvious! Start something simple everyday! DON'T COMPARE YOURSELF THE NEXT DAY! Results will be SO OBVIOUS but by time an commitment. Please, take your time! Please, don't rush! And please!! Do t worry about it!

I won't forget those who helped me with this small article and those would be:

Life's insecurities

   Yeah,well,life isn't always sunshine..

The world is a magnificent place and your life is an unwinding experience, if you let it be. Why do some people live adventurous, exciting and fulfilling lives, while others so sheltered and boring? The difference is that the people who explore and take risks get the privilege to learn from all the events and experiences they put themselves into. These people constantly put themselves in the fire, and try and find a way not to get burnt.

What could possibly happen to us? What could change our life's courses to a bad shape? Is it your social position? Financial problems? Relationships? Deaths?
You know, life, somehow, knows how to surprise us at the summit of our happiness and suddenly BOOM,everything just goes wrong and leaves you there over-thinking!

First of all,our thoughts go to 'Karma'. If I do something,it will probably affect my life's course and if I do nothing,I'll be,somehow, punished. Well, obviously,if you don't study you'll fail. BUT,if you did something wrong, you're not gonna have a bad time! Well, logically speaking, yes, some actions have consequences BUT OF THE SAME KIND. For example,if you treated a friend of yours bad, you're not gonna fail your exams and you won't have a bad time in your life but simply, you're just weakening this friendship bond and as a consequence, you should expect bad treatment from your friend. Many of us get weakened by a tough situation that may lead us to many insecurities presented in losing our self esteem and our ability to think and react. Mental paralysis which my lead to a sucky mood and an endless depression state. There's no such thing as a force called 'karma'. For every action there's a reaction of the SAME magnitude. Period. Don't worry,I'm not done yet, actually,I'm gonna tell you how to act towards such situations.
We all have been through something in our lives that made us feel angry, hurt or miserable. Why not benefit from the rage?
The past is gone and you can't change what happened but then what? Are you just gonna Stand there shaking and afraid to act?  Focus. Know what you want and do it. You control your life and you decide when to snatch your life back! Don't focus on whatever bad happene to you! Focus on your life plan! You're the only one with the power to allow something to hurt you!
I,myself, have been through a breakup two years ago and it was my first time ever to go through all this. However,we stayed together for a year and then came a time that we both agreed that we're better off in seperate ways. Well, yeah, lots of stuff happened between us but we were a decent couple who didn't care about jealousy or that kind of stuff but you know what they say,bad things happen AND it's not KARMA. I knew that the breakup would leave me broken but amazingly,I managed to convince myself that I'm better off without her and that my life isn't worth filling it with unstoppable drama. You decide what you're doing with you life and you take the call of snatching your life from all the drama surrounding you!
You may think that your life stopped at something happened but let me tell you that over thinking will kill you! It won't get you anywhere! And by the way,I'm not asking you to do the impossible because right now I'm gonna show you how to fully benefit from all the previous situations:

Positivity plays an important role here when it comes to life's challenges and when you feel you're down on your knees and as I'm someone whose trust is easily shaken,I'm going to show you how I use such situations to build my character.
First of all, comes the part where you evaluate how big the issue is and how your reaction should be towards it. Let's say your PS isn't working and then you broke up with your girlfriend with whom you spent nearly 3 years. Your reaction won't be the same you know,or actually it depends on how you see the whole thing! Let me tell you that everything will be alright sooner or later but the whole idea lies in how you should trust what I just said! Your PS is not working? I'm sure it will be fixed somehow! You broke up with your girlfriend? Then she's not the right one for you! Stop making up silly excuses and don't hide behind lies. When it comes up thoughts, you depend on yourself on what kind of thoughts you're entering your head!

Trust yourself. If you can do something, you'll do it. Period. Can you get over your ex in just one hour? Yes? Have you just said yes? Then yes you can do it! Inject positive abilities! Success! Don't ever suspect yourself or your ability to do something because believing in yourself will help you move! Yesterday,I heard someone about faith or 'to believe' and the whole point was that you SHOULDN'T TRUST ANY ACTION OR RESULT,instead, you put your blind trust in someone! Of course,God is number one! Then comes your whole social life! Friends and family, and finally, you! Don't convince yourself that this isn't enough just because you haven't tried it!

Failure and experience! You haven't truly lived until you have tasted failure. Failure is a double-edged weapon which can bring you experience or total ignorance. Good news! You get to use this weapon! You choose which side you want to hit with! You lose if you DO NOT try. You won't lose if you failed! Not at all! Keep going on as if failure and impossible are just words! And they are! Experience shapes you and shapes your future! Positively and negatively and it comes you to on how you want to be experienced! Weaker or stronger?
DON'T GO THROUGH LIFE. GROW THROUGH LIFE.
What most people don’t know is that possibly the best basketball player to ever play the game of basketball, Michael Jordan, failed throughout his journey. He was cut from his high school basketball team and was extremely devastated from his coaches decision. However, instead of retrieving to discouragement and give up, he did what successful people often do; he used this event as motivation to practice harder and make the team the following year, ultimately this served to later propel him to become one of the greatest ever. This failure actually helped Michael Jordan excel as it fueled and maximized his drive to succeed. Many claim, if it wasn’t for being cut from the high school team, he may not have made the NBA, let alone become the best player to play the game.

Don't be frustrated if you didn't get what you wanted or hoped for! A great lesson I learnt in my life was to live without expectations because the more I expect and the less I get, trusting myself will no longer have any value to me. Expectations are for the future and since you don't know the future, you should let them down. Living without expectations is living freely WITHOUT NEGATIVITY.

Remember when I said:"Life is a track you run"? You keep this image in your mind because I want you to imagine yourself running right now,you tripped and fell down. Your knees hurt. Yet,you got a long way to run and you know you can do it. Are you gonna stand up back on your legs and continue running or are you gonna forfeit? Did you choose to know how you fell down,so it won't happen next time? These are questions that ONLY YOU can answer, not me,not your family and definitely not your friends.

You have an Internet connection right now, probably a laptop,a computer or even a cellphone on which you're reading this article. Why not be grateful? Appreciate the SMALLEST things you have to the BIGGEST. As a believer,I know that each and everyone of us is,somehow, blessed. Being grateful helps alot in being positive! They both complete each other because once you start being grateful for something, you'll find out the good side of it! Be grateful for what you have and what you are right now! You have a different fingerprint than billions living! You have many qualities that make you different and unique!

Tolerance! Don't be afraid! You won't have a one shot success. Loads of people have been through a lot in their lives and worked in jobs they didn't like just stepping stones for their big plan. It's like 'Do what you like' vs 'Like what you do'. Why not both? If it's something intolerable but essential for a future purpose,I guess you should start forcing yourself to like it and when you get to that future purpose,I suggest doing your best at it!

Plan and decide! And before planning,go back to your base! Go back to where you started and look at what you got! A really cool article used this example where a girl goes shopping without looking at her closet so she couldn't make the right decision as what to buy whilst another girl takes a look at her closet, knows what she has and goes shopping with a 1-2-3 shopping list!

An endless list of what you can do when life knocks you hard. And these are not rules you're bound to! You have the right to act the way you are it's right! But as a basic start, build your way on positivity and optimism. Don't let anyone change your thinking techniques. Trust yourself. You learn more as you keep running in your life's track! You fail and fall. It's okay. You get up and succeed instead. Put these basics in your head.

Happiness, success and true identity. -Blog Reviews

Welcome to the March 9, 2013 edition of life made easy. The 10th post.

Yesterday,I got 3 extraordinary submissions for my blog carnival talking about success and happiness. I read all 3 articles and I was amazed by how TOUCHING and INSPIRING these people could be,injecting positivity and real talks into our minds.

Blog Carnival is a website where you can host your blog free and Submit your posts on your favorite relevant article.

Shaun Rosenberg presents 7 Lies We Tell Ourselves About Success posted at Shaun Rosenberg, saying, "Everybody has their own opinions on why some people are a success while others aren't. Not all of what we hear or say is true and this is a prime example of that. This article list the 7 big lies we tell ourselves when we think about success."

Shaun basically gets it right to the point! He compares lies to fundamental truths in our lives as follows:

1. Blaming your life on your family's condition:

With a wonderful quote for George Bernard Shaw,Shaun explains how a daring person and so determined with the sky as his limits can step on any stumbling block in his life.

Points 2&6. Blaming it on luck:

Shaun tells us in these two points that just as luck could be a building factor but it's nothing without you taking action and know to knit the threads into a beautiful robe! He's telling us that as opportunities come and go,we learn how to exploit our next ones.

3. Comparing yourself to others:

I talked about it once before and he shows us the people who seem to be more intelligent, smarter or luckier than us are usually the ones who are farther along in their life track and as you run this track, you'll be just as intelligent, smart and lucky as they are.

Points 4&5. Time:

Motivation and wasting time. We all think motivation is good everytime we feel like it but Shaun stuns us with his article 'Motivation is a trap'. He's urging the readers to not postpone today's work to tomorrow. As simple as that,he's showing us how long our day could be and wasting it could be wasting our lives!

As for the 7th point:

You have to read his article and find out!

7 lies we tell ourselves about success, don't hold yourself back from reading this article. It will touch your hearts just the same way it touched mine and I'm sure I'll be quoting lots of his work in my next blogs!

Our second article would go to:

Jana presents Are You Placing Your Happiness In The Future? posted at Blog, saying, "Life is meant to be good.  It is meant to be a grand buffet of vast experiences and tastes to delve into. But sometimes our desire takes our happiness and places it in the future instead of accessing it from the here and now."

A serious real life experienced writer with a long-term thinking way, with the right selection of words,Jana managed to put together a stunning article that shows the things that make life so delicious including desires, feelings, ups and downs.
Jana shows us the fastest way to get where we want to be and the real essence of enjoying our life journey.
With a real life experience she shared with us of how she faced difficulties in starting her own business with two partners who backed out and left her all alone but then she managed to get a grip of herself and enjoy the satisfaction felt by doing her own business.
A life journey is essential for the achievement's flavor!
Scroll up,open this article and get ready to be taken to an overwhelming journey of future happiness with Jana!

Our third and final article goes to:
Tipsy presents Don’t Waste The Person You Are posted at tipsywriter.

With a funny and catchy scientific fact,Tipsy kicks of her article to exploring the real-you with some advice summed up in smiling, being a modest,NOT comparing yourself to others and ends up with a beautiful saying that you shouldn't be putting lots of your thoughts on who you wanna be!

Great article with a funny touch. Short and summarizing. A must read for sure!

You see, many people are worried of our lifestyle these days and to be honest, they should be! It saddens me how our lives' courses and goals are drifted away by the simplest issues! Don't worry about your life and you gotta believe in yourself and you you'll survive! I'll be back with more posts and blogs' reviews! Don't forget to share! Goodnight everyone

5 steps to an organized life

Wandering doesn't mean you're lost!

We all had times when we sat alone and wondered whether our lives really have a meaning or not. There's no one among you people reading this article who has no life purpose at all. Don't even think about it because your life purpose can be your tiniest passion or obsession. You just have to find that out. But never believe you're purpose-free!

Well, good! Now,you have a purpose and a life goal but one of the worst drawbacks in your running track of life is 'nothing'. Yes! Doing nothing is an absolute waste of time! Yes! The 'I don't feel motivated right now' moment! No! Don't wait for some kinda motivation to get started! Don't waste your time waiting! If you wait to get motivated before you take action then you are missing out on a lot of the time which could have been spent working on your goal!

So,basically,if you want something, you better get it today so that tomorrow would be available For getting something else!

Time is such an important factor in your working lives and one of the biggest excuses we have is that we don't have time. We use time as an excuse to not start something new! We have so much time in our day and that time can be used in doing LOADS of stuff, but, incredibly, once our favorite  TV show is on,we forget about all that! Hey! I gave up on watching The Power Rangers,I couldn't study! However,if you thought about it,you'll find yourself wasting lots of time on harmful things or things that don't help you run your own track! Not at all! They're just obstacles in your track!

There's absolutely nothing that beats an organized life!

  1. Plan ahead!

You know what you gotta do and you know how much time needed to get it done! Make room in your running track for it! You know you got some free times when you can get stuff done and yes,it's the right time to get all things you want done!

Don't rush yourself and take it easy,it's going to be tough planning to do something in your free time but that's the key to get used to a Determined life. Don't forget your priorities and remember,TV isn't one of them!

    2.  Setting priorities?

If you focus on the most important things to you, then you know that they'll be done!

As humans,we tend to make the same mistake over and over and one of the biggest mistakes is exerting effort on the least important things whilst you could have used your time and effort on things more important! You are the one who decides what comes first!

As I told you before, ask yourself:

Is it worthy to get this thing done now?

If it can wait, it waits. Period.

According to your plans, you decide what comes first in your time. You decide whether something is required to be done urgently or it can wait while you spend time doing something much more important. You and only you know what comes first and consequences of slacking around!

If your science project is supposed to be handed tomorrow and you got a Skype call, you know what to do!

If your neighbors asked you to babysit their kids and you got a blog to write, why not both? Juxxst dooonmt lleeerft thggeeemm get to your keyboard!

You got the idea!

    3.  Don't worry!

Don't you ever feel down if you failed to cope up with your plans! It's NATURALLY FINE! You're not a computer with a fixed programming. We make mistakes. We all do. But if you decided to waste your whole life making mistakes and not learning, you won't be moving a centimeter! We all get to some point in our lives where we tell ourselves that bad things only happen to me. Unsuccessful=bad luck? WRONG.

Unsuccessful--->A life challenge. Now that's a balanced equation! And what do we say to a challenge in our lives? COME TO PAPA!

YES! You get this challenge and you receive it with a full heart and ask yourself where did you go wrong? Know your mistakes and flaws. Don't repeat them. Life challenges are supposed to build you up and not make you feel down. Honestly, everything around us represent a life challenge and we only decide what we can learn from them and how to apply them in our lives!

    4.  Be honest with yourself

Seriously? Do you want to build your life on lies? You know what? My uncle wasted 7 years of his life in medical school thinking he would be a doctor but he lied to himself think he can force himself LOVING biology. He ended up in a car trading business.

You have to know where you are right now and how far you ran the track, where you're standing and what needs improvements! Face yourself and fix whatever is needed to repaired. After all,you know yourself better than anyone else.

    5.  Take a break

I bet you guys were waiting for me to mention this point, hah?

It's okay to get caught up in lots of work and that's good! It means you're growing your passion and dreams into reality but at the same time you gotta take a step back and make room for some essential life constituents. Why?

1. Make time for God,friends and family.

Don't let you your work get you away from spending time with God and worshipping him whether you're Christian,Muslim or Jewish. As believers,we are all required to give time to God who created us and into whom our faith and belief go into! Thank Him for what He has done for you and trust Him for giving you power,

Remember when we talked about how friends and family are a huge part of helping us run our track? How do you expect them to help you if you're not giving them enough time to be spent with them.

Oh by the way,in order to spend time with God,friends or family,it has to be coming from inside you and be willing to do it from your heart! Not something that you're forced to because it would be meaningless spending time with the ones you love if you don't feel like it!

2. Discover new ways to deal with problems

Like a car motor which can't be fixed when its's on,you tend to get a break for yourself sometimes, even if you don't see it but when you take a break, you give your brain some time to pull itself together and find better solutions to the concerns you have

Well, like I said we all need to take a break and I guess I'm taking mine now. Don't worry,my posts won't stop here and I still got much more to write for you guys! Give yourself some time reading this post and think about what you really wanna do with your life! Tomorrow,I'll be back with a new post!

Sunshine after the rain

Do you guys have any idea how much it took me to find a photo that truly explains what I want to say?
None,I just googled it.
Anyway!
An attractive name, hah, yeah I thought so too!
So,sunshine after the rain, not the song. We have all been through tough times in our lives and thought that it would never end,we thought that this is it,my life is not going anywhere after this accident/situation. I,myself, have been through alot of these times like this time 2 years ago, when there was a certain group of 'friends' I liked and really wished I could be one of their 'group' members and I started stalking them everywhere and imitating what they were doing to be as cool as they were! Unfortunately,it didn't stop there,I was so stubborn that I even went to one of them BEGGING him to accept me in their 'cool group'. What was I thinking back then?! Anyway,he decided, along with his buddies, to exploit me and take advantage of this moment and they kept telling me what to do as 'procedures' to join their group.. Wait,it didn't stop there! They told everyone I knew and literally, destroyed my social life. Why do you think I'm writing this article right now? Huh?
As a teenager,I thought about sticking to my home and going nowhere but school and let me tell you that wasn't so healthy for me. Not at all. I told myself where could I go now? I can't go out and face 'people'! I was extremely embarrassed and to be honest I didn't get over it but a year after.
Two points are to be highlighted here!

  • Everything is possible!
  • You reap what you sow
Yes! Everything is possible! EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING. But don't fail an exam and tell yourself everything is possible, you know,I meant it so that you expect the best! Why? Because you get what you expect! Everything happens and sometimes God allows bad times but these bad times will pass! But only if you decide that it's time to move on! A huge mistake I made back there and is that I didn't say 'no'. Yes,it's that easy and yes it's so simple! You just have to reject every bad time you go through because no matter how hard the times you think you're passing through, they're meant to pass and end. And they will. Just say 'No,I don't have time for you in my life'.
As an optimist,I always look at life from a good perspective and never thought negatively but as a believer,I strongly believe in 'You reap what you sow'. You know, whenever a door shuts,God opens a new door for you,and that's for sure! But it all depends on the keys you have! Rusty keys will open rusty doors, metal will open metal doors and gold keys will open golden doors. The past is gone and you can't change it BUT you can change the future and you have the ability to reshape it! Seize the day and ask for help! Because if you don't ask for help, you're a fool forever!
Generally speaking, you are your own sunshine after the rain and you decide which spots you wanna light up and others you wanna dim! You have to make your own decisions and understand your own responsibilities! And please don't build your life based on 'quotes' you know! This is the silliest thing I've ever heard BECAUSE words won't be of a good use ,actions are!
Hey you out there passing through tough times, don't be afraid! You've got God on your side! He's there and his plan for you is going just perfect! Believe that you're gonna pass through these times and you will!
Life is much more than just saying that it's not worthy! Just when you feel that you are passing through hard times, you gotta be sure, this is the beginning of a fruitful life! And we will be talking about leading a fruitful life later on but for now, rise and shine sunshine! It's time to brighten up your day! I bet you have something more important and worthy of your time right now and the first thing that comes to your mind right now! VOILA!

Life is not a Mercedes

Back with a new effective headline in our lives!

Let's kick it off with a short list of life's ingredients:

  1. A Goal: Something you aim for and pushes you to take action in your life. Productivity. Remember when I told you about the 'running track' of life? Yeah, mentioned in my first post,we wouldn't ever find a runner resting during the race, right? I mean, you can't just slack around while you got something worth running for! Your life's depending on you to cross the finish line!
  2. A social life: I consider this as the most important factor that affects EVERYTHING. Good friends and family. Please take notice of the word 'GOOD' in 'good friends'. If you're gonna hang out with a bunch of drug dealers, never wonder why you're not seeing the finish line. Probably because of the smoke. Anyway,a good social life with good people ,whom with your own fine understanding, you can know who they are, provides a tough base for a successful and happier life. Remember, you still hold the keys to a happy life. I remember one time,my grandad, may God rest his soul,I was his first grandson and he was extremely happy and fond of me,he used to take me to his farm and put me on his back and act as a donkey,at which my mother rejected the idea, but you know,he had everything taken care of for me and I believe I was the happiest kid alive back then before cancer had him. Your family and your friends may not be there forever, but for now, they're there!
  3. A religious life: There's absolutely nothing more satisfying than having a relieved conscience. Knowing that you're doing everything right infront of God and believing in his plan for you. Again,a reminder, when you go wrong,NEVER EVER TELL YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE A FAILURE! Actually, when you go wrong, get back up on your right track and be sure that you're one step closer to achieving your goal!

Life consists of minority and majority, minority is what happens to you and the majority is how you react to it! Mistakes are the stepping stones to perfection! Believing in yourself will lead to others believing in you! You define 'perfection' based on your own abilities and qualities! Afraid to take a jump? How about a guide rope? Family and friends!
Tolerate the blur to find the picture! As you run your track, you'll stumble and the life's picture will get blurry, but don't worry, stand still and expect what will happen to you because when it does, you better be ready to take it all in and translate it into victory.
BE THANKFUL! Many people don't even have the ability to read this article. Don't forget to thank whoever made your life easy and possible to live! God would be no.1. Me no.2.   Kidding.
You are the author of your life! Wrong! God is! You're his masterpiece and your life is between his hands!

A determined life.

Life with a goal...

What does a 'life with a goal' mean to you?
Is it living for someone you love? Something you've always wanted to do? A dream coming true?
Most of us,teenagers, tend to dream of growing up and living a whole independent life where they are totally separated from their parents' home. True. But here's the thing, whether a teenager or adult,if you're living a fake goal, you'll never score it.

I,myself, had the very same experience back as I was a 9th grader and used to look at the 'popular kids' with everyone around them and wherever they went, most of the school followed them. Another thing I liked was the amount of wall posts they get on their Facebook page,it was something back then, actually. Sooo,as I was a young fella and not thinking straight,I decided to become like them and I made my life's goal to be a 'popular kid'. Unfortunately, that didn't work out so good because it wasn't a pure goal,it wasn't something I've always dreamt of doing for the rest of my life. The reason my 'goal' failed is why I chose to be a 'popular kid',maybe I chose it to get girls to like me or maybe even get lots of Facebook wall posts but that always made me feel down. It just didn't feel right, you know,am I going to spend my entire life trying to be a popular kid and for what? Facebook posts? I remember wasting a whole year of my life doing nothing but sticking to these kids and trying to be like them and I GOT NOTHING but the worst treatment and humiliation. It was a tough task but as we grow up,our minds amaze us by how much they can change and how our thinking patterns could be flipped upside down. A certain time comes in your life when you feel like you have something in mind and you're gonna do it for the rest of your life but you're not sure if this is what you need or not,you keep thinking about it and ask for help from others while in fact, the answer you're looking for is in you! How can you be so sure of your future goal? How can you be so sure that is something You really want to do?
No matter what your dream or goal for life is,there are some points I'd like to refer to:

  • NEVER compare yourself to others! You won't go anywhere if you're gonna compare yourself to others, the only thing you can compare yourself to is your past accomplishments and your future ones. If there's progress, then you should feel happy about yourself!
  • Never mind anyone doing the same thing as you, same goal, different motives.
  • Make sure the goal you're reaching is something worthy and lasts for a lifetime!
  • Make sure the goal you're reaching is something to be proud of!
  • Don't build your goals on false hopes or results like wealth,women,etc.. If you're going after something, you have to make what you want clear for yourself, use a paper and a pen if you have to! But DON'T EVER LIE to yourself! If you're going after a certain job just for the money you'll be paid for it and you don't even like it,you'll fail and you'll get bored Soon!
  • Be ready for lots of ups and downs in your life.
  • Rest assured that God has the perfect thing for you in the end.
  • You gotta love what you're doing in order to succeed!
These are not essential steps that you HAVE TO go by them but I'm just clarifying what I usually do in my life and that's the reason that pushed to write the whole blog! To share my personal experience which I find really comforting!
Maybe the whole article isn't clear but the following two REAL stories will do the whole job:

Vincent Van Gogh:

Born in 1853,Van Gogh belonged to a rich family that took picture trading business as a profession in Europe. Back at his time, that kind of work is like movie producing nowadays. Rich and popular. However, due to some financial problems,Van Gogh was forced to drop out of school and work in London in his Uncle's company, but he soon got bored of all the 'classic' paintings he used to sell for the people.
One day,he was roaming around a village and sat on a rusty iron wheel to rest and it happens that he saw a miner coming out of a mine, all covered in black and tired but yet the miner is coming out, hands in pockets. Van Gogh got a pencil and a paper to draw that scene and another drawing of another miner coming out. When he got back home,he put both drawings infront of him to redraw them in which it took him a very long time and in the end he tore the drawing for not liking it.
Van Gogh suddenly felt that he should draw! He used to go to the mine every single day to look at the miners there and draw what he saw and sometimes he had to tear some drawings again! But this time,he managed to hold on to drawing as his new hobby and job! Vincent grew more confident and believed in himself. He started dedicating his time to art lessons, books and he even got into an arts college!
Although he died at a very young age with a few paintings, his paintings were considered priceless and rare!

Bill Gates:

"I'll be a millionaire by the time I'm 30,I can do anything I can put my mind into" -Bill Gates to his school teachers.
Bill found out about his passion towards programming during his early educational stages and he started writing computer programs at the age of 13 when he met his partner Paul Allen who shared with him his passion!
The two young partners knew that the upcoming age is an age of technology and information, therefore, they established a company and Bill wasn't older than 14!
Bill went to Harvard college and during his studies,he developed a copy of the 'Basic' programming language. The real thing blasted in 1974 along with Paul Allen where they developed a basic programming language which was a turning a point in laptops! The beginning of 'Microsoft'. Bill Gates was a manager by the time he was 21.
Bill Gates managed to KILL EVERY SINGLE THOUGHT that big ideas come only from philosophers and academics achievements. He is the modern technology miracle!

When we look at those two and then back to ourselves,we aren't much different than them, you know. They both lived in different centuries and they both found their passion and what they want to do in their lives and they never moaned about any ups or downs in their lives! They started working right away to achieve their goals.
Back again,do not compare yourselves to them! No! Take their passion and the way they ran their tracks to the finish line as a living example of how someone can be successful with their own lives' goals!!

Past vs Future.

How could our past be possibly related to our future?

You wanna know a secret?
It isn't.
Problem is,we all think our past is somehow connected with our future while in fact they both represent two separate forms of our life.

Past:

Something good, bad or neither happened which either had an impact on your life or on others'. Of course if something good happened with a good impact,it would be awesome to keep it forever in the future. I'm talking about an obstacle in your past that you can't overcome, something that prevents you from moving forwards with you life, maybe a breakup,a fight, death or loss. They all form a huge block in your running track and to be honest, you'll get over whatever faces you in your past but the trick lies in whether you want to climb that brick or jump directly over it and keep running? In other words,do you want to waste time trying to get over it? Or just right now,BOOM!,gone?
Most of you keep thinking about what happened and how it could have happened or maybe how I would have changed or even prevented it from happening. Most of you blame themselves. Most of you cry. Most of you give up on the silliest things just because of that. Some of you find life unbearable to live anymore!
Let's change this negative attitude a bit. So,a certain event took place and it does have an impact, and if you're gonna think about it,you're fooling yourself because neither thinking NOR crying will help you move on. We all cry because of something but it's not about now,you see,it's about what will be of a good use for the future. Let me tell you a story of a brave boxer that may not appeal to you much:
A famous American Professional boxer who won the world heavy weight championship at a young age and with total record of 56 wins was having an important boxing match coming up in a couple of days and he was getting ready for it,along with his training staff and coach, you know, the regular workouts for boxers,it aches me to write this story as I'm a weak fella.
However,he got the most unfortunate call back from his hometown informing him of his father's death and that the funeral will be held the day before the match at which this boxer's presenc should be noticeable. Yes,he was sad and oh yes,he did cry but soon,on the very same day,he decided that he won't be attending the funeral and he said that his father was one of the dearest to his heart and he loved him the most,he didn't attend the funeral but instead he continued his training for his upcoming match.

What would you call this? Some of you will say:"What a fool, his father is dead and he's training?" Others will say:" What a brave man!" And even others might say:"Hahahaha,a boxer crying.."
What people say doesn't matter and alhough he's famous,he never cared what the press would publish about such a story. This boxer knew the true meaning of Past Vs future concept, his father died and attending his funeral won't make him live again,he knew he lost a huge part of his life and he did show his sorrow but he soon overcame it and came back to himself wondering if this would affect his match the following day. He accepted his past and knew he can't change it,instead,he has put his eyes onto the real goal of his life.

Read this story over and over again,do you want to be like this boxer? Careless about what others will say about you and with absolute self-trust,overcoming your past?
Don't you ever think that your past will prevent you from moving, because actually, you do have the power and you do allow the past whether to prevent you or not! You control where and when you want to overcome your past to live a happier and fruitful life, and I suggest to start RIGHT NOW! Give up on your past, you gave it enough of your time already and please focus on what's coming up ahead of you! Life has got much lemons to give and if you didn't finish your past lemonade,I'm telling you, you'll have to drink all of it in a moment.

Think about this victorious boxer and ask yourselves..

"Is my past worthy or my future?"

Personal Experience

 Wohoooo! Story time!

Talking about negativity and all that kinda stuff made a friend of mine suggest sharing my own life experience about it,so here we go:
3 years ago,I fell madly in love with my girl bestfriend and I'm pretty sure we all know how it feels like to be bestfriends with someone of the opposite sex and with feelings on both sides but not telling each other, yes,we have all been through this situation.
Anyway,we both loved each other but we were afraid to let it out so we kept it this way, talking everyday  about, literally, everything and we used to hang out like all the time!
HOWEVER,and I do remember the date exactly,it was the 1st of November and I was in school, during a maths lesson,my blackberry LED turned red and She sent me a text asking me not to be mad. I asked her why would I be mad,it's impossible! Then she faced me with the truth.
The night before all this happened,we were at a certain party and I found her spending her time with some other dude and I just sat there, looking at them and at my blackberry.
You could already tell what she texted me saying, yes! She loved the guy and he immediately asked her out and she said yes. Now,when she asked me not to be mad it was like asking fire not to burn!!
15 years old, young and first time in my life to have such feelings,I was devestated, physically and mentally! But I thought maybe her friends and I can get her back from this guy or something,so I waited till I got back from school, and messaged her that night. She seemed to have broken up with the guy because 'things went too fast for her' but obviously, she was mad about him and he was the only guy in her life. Me,oh never mind,I went on my Facebook and twitter pages posting love and broken heart quotes, amaingly, these updates didn't get her back :/.
November passed and I remember the only song I listened to the whole month! It was Hey Jude by The Beatles, and I imagined myself singing the song in a concert and looking at the girl. December passed without a smile on my face. January passed and whenever I thought about it,my whole body goes dizzy and feels like throwing up! February,I started telling people and sharing because at some point,I felt like REALLY BLOWING UP IN SOMEBODY'S FACE!
I was never emotionally depressed before and I really never knew the meaning of
relationships or to dedicate your life completely for those you love! I mean,I was just 15 and I was fooling myself thinking I know everything in life! Don't worry, the inspiring part of the
story is coming up right now,but I was pointing out to how teenagers these days see life and connect everything else to their emotions. When I think about it right now,my body goes dizzy BECAUSE OF WHAT I WAS DOING,I mean,WHAT THE WHAT? She's just a girl, helllooooooo, emotions?? Oh come on! But I wasn't saying that back then, people who are madly in love, tend to have their eyes covered from every truth, they believe what they want to believe and ignore everything else.
Anyway,February,I convinced myself that my health is much more important than all this crap I'm going through and it was amazing how I gave myself the push to run away from all this drama. I wouldn't call myself a champion, but a hero! I really managed to ignore every single detail connected to her,her texts or even when she's around,Total ignorance! Please note,I'm not telling you to ignore your bestfriends,I'm just telling you that you can do the push yourself.
Moving on,on the 10th of march,we were all gathered together at the beach, having fun, singing, playing and dancing. Although she was there, but also many of my friends were! I literally forgot everything connected to her and I was surprised by what I can do for myself by myself using myself!! Wait, that doesn't end here..
She also had some 'changes' in her life too and whatever decisions she ever made during this period made her text me on a Wednesday morning,12th of march, asking me if I still have the same feelings I had during November. I replied boldly that I didn't know but then what was totally unexpected was that she, too, loved me just as much and with a single text from her,we were in a relationship. A whole chapter of drama was closed,a whole new chapter was opened.

Oh life? It will always surprise you. Once you think you figured out how to act, life changes the whole theatre. When I shared this story of mine,I never meant to show off or anything,I was much more concerned about the part where I managed to use myself for the good of me! And that's exactly what I'm asking from all of you! And I chose to write about my emotional life because I know this is what our current generation's fantasy is all about! Boys and girls loving each other and then refusal can make you join the dark side and makes life UNBEARABLE to live. NO,Let me tell you,you make your own life unbearable and if you really want to do something about it,I suggest giving yourself a push like the one I gave myself and remember the earlier you push yourself towards something, the faster you will reach it and the results will amaze you!
